Energy-efficient design makes this a dollhouse of the future, featuring: solar cell panels on the roof, a wind turbine and electric inverter for generating electricity, a rain barrel for collecting rainwater, a biofacade that uses the natural cycle of plan growth to provide shading, and an operable sun blind that can adjust the amount of sunlight and air circulation. The house even features built-in, operable recycling bins for play-sorting of materials. This green wood dollhouse and included furnishings is made of eco-friendly rubberwood and vetiver grass board. The set consists of a 5 room-house and comes fully furnished: Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Children's Bedroom, and Master Bedroom.
