Precision cooking is witin your reach. Take the guesswork our of preparing cookie dough, pizza, pie bases, lasagna sheets, and pastry. This solid rolling pin has three sets of removeable discs which will perfectly gauge 1/16", 1/4", and 3/8" thicknesses off the work surface. Discs neatly store at the rolling pin's ends when not in use. Also etched in the wood is a handy pastry width measurement guide in both millimeters and inches. Box packed and ready for gifting. Measures 16.5" long by 2.5" diameter.
